.…For optimal solving of the task of globalization there is the necessity of «the world construction science», which «would be the teaching about the planned combinations of all possible elements of world practice and cognition», i.e. the teaching, collecting up and generalizing not the partial, but the whole organizational human experience, which has been organized by the special sciences in the definite area of phenomena. There is such a «synthetic science» in existence — this is universal organizational science, which, in fact, has been created just for optimal solution of such grandiose task as global organization of the world. This science, named tectology by its creator, in accordance with his thought, must take on itself the role of direct organizer and indispensable leader «for integral and planned building of technics, economics and ideology of the one system of collectively organized production on Earth»…
